Exotic spice blends, enticing sauces, and highly nutritious flatbread "enjera", are the basis for Ethiopia's unique and delicious cuisine. Our traditional menu incorporates beef, lamb and chicken. However, we do offer a variety of vegetarian dishes.
Typically, Ethiopian food is served on centerpiece platters over enjera, accompanied by additional plates of rolled-up enjera. To eat, you simply tear off pieces of enjera and scoop up bites of food.
